The Aborted Excursion

I felt a bit bored this morning. I, therefore, discussed my spouses. We intended to go for an excursion.

We went to the open market at Johor Bahru Stadium. The morning of March 24, 2010, was fine.

Fauziah and I waited in the Kembara. I gave Noriah RM30.00 to buy anything she needed.

I called Abdul Latiff Ahmad. He is my younger brother. He is Penghulu Sungai Mati, Muar. I asked him book a two-storied shop house at end lot. The premises is meant for Dr Ghazali, my son. The housing project is undergoing earthwork. It has delayed 10 years. It is now delayed again due to Yaakob refusing to quit. He inherited the property from his deceased wife. The deceased is my younger sister. He refused to demolish his old house on the said land. The demolition cost of RM1,800.00 is disagreeable to him.

He, in fact, had received RM5,000.00 advance from the developer. Abd. Latiff also received RM5,000.00, Midah RM4,000.00 and I RM7,000.00. Melor, who gave the power of attorney to me, is not paid. I have to demand for it.

I feel a bit depressed this morning. So I planned to make a journey somewhere far away from Johor Bahru. Probably we would go to our oil palm plantation at Kahang, Kluang. Alternatively, we would go to Muar.

We, however, shopped at Kipmart Supermarket instead. I gave Fauziah RM50.00 to buy fresh fish, etc. I added another RM20.00 for the vegetables. On the way home we dropped at Eton's school canteen for chat. After the tea and noodles, we satisfactorily returned home. Therefore, the excitement of excursion away from Johor Bahru is at last aborted.
